The composite design combines ceramic’s wear resistance with rubber’s flexibility/impact resistance/sealing, suitable for wear-intensive material conveying.
 
(I) Lining Material: 95% Alumina Content Wear-Resistant Ceramic
High-purity 95% alumina ceramic (advanced sintering process) serves as the wear-resistant core, with excellent wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance and chemical stability.

Al₂O₃ ≥ 95%; auxiliary sintering aids (SiO₂, MgO, etc.) ≤ 5% to optimize sintering performance and mechanical strength.

4. Store in dry, ventilated and dark environment away from sunlight/oil/chemicals.

2. **Power industry**: Commonly used in the ash and slag transportation system of power plants, and also suitable for the slurry transportation pipeline in the desulfurization and denitrification process, which can cope with ash and slag scouring and acid-base corrosion of desulfurization slurry, reducing the probability of equipment failure.
